Happy first day of Spring. March 20, 2019. I found this beautiful iris in my photo library to share with you for the occasion. It was taken at Ravine Gardens State Park in Florida.
Not only is it Spring, but we will also be treated to a full moon, super moon. I read that this month’s full moon is the Worm Moon so named because worms can burrow more easily in the softening spring soil. Earthworms are really important to soil health, so it seems only right to name a beautiful full moon after the humble worms that help to get the soil ready for our gardens. May all your gardens grow and bloom!
